Hi dear crafty friends. I’m so excited to share with you my first post as DT for Bob n Betty India. I fell in love at first sight with gorgeous new paper collection Cottage Blush. First I wanted to make an off the page project but this gorgeous soft collection was just screaming for a delicate layout, so I decided this would be a perfect first project. I chose a photo I had my eyes on for some time now. It’s a gorgeous photo of a little flower girl with a beautiful white horse. Perfect for these soft papers.

Hi my dear crafty friends :) I'm back again today, sharing with you another project, made for Mixed media & art joint project Creative art Stage 3 - "The Breath of Nature". We were challenged to incorporate some natural materials and letters in any form.I decided to alter a doll, representing "Mother Nature".

Hi dear crafty friends. :) This time I prepared for you something a bit more simple to make. For some time now I've been admiring Altenew products and was kind of in love with them, but I have always seen such a clean projects made with them. Oh boy and most of you for sure know by now I'm not clean and simple style girl :D But I decided anyway to give them a try. And I'm so so over the moon with them now. I made an altered Pringles box lid with them. Please do not ask me where the Pringles ended up. :D Hope you'll like my today's project. <3

"Focus on the good" altered glasses in a box

Hi my dear friends. I'm on Scrapiniec blog today and I have something different for you today. I was holding some glasses in my hands the other day, that I got somewhere long time ago and never used them. They were some cheap reading glasses. I decided it's time to give them new mission :) And they were a perfect fit for the new Scrapiniec collection.

I can't even describe how I felt seeing my project between the best ones of first stage of Mixed media & art, where I created this canvas with butterfly and scissors. It is a huge huge honour for me. Thank you to all the DT <3

And now to my new project for the Stage 2: "Crystal beauty" where we were chalenged to use transparent material not from scrapbooking and circles in any form. Not long ago I became very thrilled over my "story in a lightbulb" series so I immediately knew I wanted to create another story in a lightbulb. I chose bigger lightbulb round shaped, so that I included circles also. There are also some other circle elements on the project. I added a little girl with wings holding a star on a stick from Stamperia new paper collection "Blue Stars" inside of the lightbulb.

"The world is a canvas" altered brush with Graphic 45 and Lindy's gang

Hi dear crafty friends. Today I'm on 7 kids blog again and I was playing with my belowed Graphic 45 collections again after some time. You can find some of the collections also in 7 kids crafting supply store. Go check it out! I used the gorgeous Nature Sketchbook collections and altered a brush with it. Time traveler with Scrapiniec and Finnabair

Hi dear friends. Today I'm on Scrapiniec blog again and I wanted to show you how fun and easy it is to make off the page projects with two-dimenzional Scrapiniec chipboards. I've made a time machine which I named "Time traveler". I used some of the gorgeous chippies from previous collections as well as several chipboards from the newest "Steampunk", "Focus" and "Believe in magic" collections. And for the base of the time traveler I used Royal Sleigh chipboards. You can see how perfectly they can be used also in non-winter projects. There is a lot of photos today since it is very detailed project and I hope you'll like it! :)

Hi my dear friends... I decided to join special "edition" of a Mixed media and art challenges - Joint project Stage 1 "Mechanical explosion", where we were challenged to use Metal material not from scrapbooking and wings in any form. I got this idea to alter a scissors and when thinking what to combine them with that would have wings I remembered the story I once heard - The story of a butterfly.

Be brave, Be fearless, Be free mixed media Layout

Well... I'm continuing my journey here on my blog today with my second blog post. :) It was indeed very productive day ;) I have for you this time a layout I made for this month's challenges over at More than words challenge and Lindy's gang color challenge. The details and links for the both as well as graphics are at the bottom of this post. I've also linked the colors I've used for the layout. I've created a mixed media layout and used amazing photo of Avatar woman as my main element of this layout. I hope you'll like it. :)

This time I was inspired by the latest Finn Team Art recipe which was all about angels, pixies and fairies in a combination with gorgeous Finnabair Patina pastes, Art Stones, Mechanicals and Art Alchemy Waxes. I used them all and made this lovely altered mini violin. Hope you'll like it. :)

Hi my dear friends! :) I'm on Scrapiniec blog today with you again with something very textured. ;) Today's post was actually inspired by a moodboard over at Mixed Media place challenge blog. It was a love at first sight and when thinking about my project I realized that gorgeous Scrapiniec chipboards are just the perfect match for my idea. So I decided to join together the both. 

"Production of Time" altered can-woman

Hi dear friends. I'm at 7 kids challenge blog today and at the same time I'm presenting my project for yet another Itac '17 Tournament challenge - Europe. The main subject of the challenge was The face of the Printmaking. We were challenged to celebrate the multicultural society of Europe, with many different it's faces, which were the source of great inventions and discoveries that have shaped the world, with focusing on Printmaking as one of the important ones. In achieving that we had to use A Face, Papers (newspaper, printed papers,...), Letters and Numbers, Blue for the color of European Union, Ribbon, twine, string or lace, Textures and something both Vintage and Modern. I think I managed to include them all. I made an altered can-woman. 

"Kindness can change the world" globe with altered coconut shell

Hi my dear crafty friends.

I wanted to share with you another project for the International Tournament of Art & Craft 2017 this time for the last, Grand Final challenge - The World. We were challenged to use a circle - symbol of globe and infinity, words for peace, love, harmony, unity, wire or ribbon or something to symbolize interconnectedness, white color of unity and peace in the world and a hole or something open to symbolize open-mindedness. I decided to create and open globe from an altered coconut shell that I colored in white and wrapped with a wire.

Down the rabit hole ATC's with Graphic 45 and Prima

Hi my dear crafty friends. Today I decided to bring you together two of my favourite brands ever - Graphic 45 and Prima or better Finnabair. I made my first ATC's ever. For those who are not familiar with the term ATC, it stands for Artist trading cards and are meant so that artist can exchange them between themselves. It's like a collectors kind of thing. Since quite soon there will be a Halloween time, I made 4 ATC's with Graphic 45 Halloween in Wonderland collection. I used a special, collector's edition bundle of that collection that is also available for purchase in Kelly's store. 

Summer is whispering goodbye

Hello dear crafty friends. Yes... it is sadly true... summer is slowly whispering goodbye. Tomorrow school starts here in Slovenia and this usually means that we get caught up in a constant hurry to catch up all the appointments and assignements from kids and all off our obligations too. So I'm not so much looking forward to it. I love layed back rithem of summer days. So I got a bit nostalgic and I altered two gorgeous seashells for my todays project over on Scrapiniec blog. I hope you'll like them. I enjoyed making them so so much!

We just spent our family weekend at the seaside and it felt so so good to relax a bit. I came home full of fresh ideas and energy to complete my projects. Heritage road art journal with Prima and Finnabair

Hi dear friends, I'm with you today again with some fresh Finnabair and Prima inspiration for you. From our fabulous 7 kids Your crafting supply store I received this gorgeous Tiny Frank Garcia journal with thick chipboard covers and pages. It's awesome! At first I wanted to use it for a mini album, but then changed my mind precisely because of this gorgeous thick pages that have enough of place in between to add lots of dimensional embellishments. So I decided to turn it into art journal pages. Today I share with you the first two art journal pages I made. Hope you'll like them. :)

This post wasn't planned today but sometimes things in life just go unexpected ways. So I'm sharing today with you one more project of mine with gorgeous Scrapiniec chipboards from one of my favourite new collections Mamma's Porch. Those adorable sweet images remind me of a home and carefree childhood days and I'm specially fond of them. I had in my mind an idea to alter a paintbrush for some time now, but didn't knew exactly what I wanted to make out of it. But when I saw this collection I knew right away. I love how it turned out. I took few days off since my last month was really hectic and today I'm back with another project of mine, featuring amaaazing Finnabair and Prima products. And I also added some chipboards from various manufacturers and some Lindy's products. I made mixed media altered fish can. I'm kind of happy how it turned out. I just looove playing with different mediums, it gives me such a joy! Hope you will like my project too! :)

I'm back with you today again and this time I prepared something a little bit different for you. I used to loved making gift sets of earings in a gift box. It's been some time since I made last one and few days ago I was holding Metal trinkets & Alphas package from Prima in my hands and this gorgeous metal trinkets reminded me of earings. So I went searching for a perfect Prima stamp to pair with them. And I stopped by this gorgeous Prima stamp set from the Love clippings collection "To the moon and back". I used a stamp of the galactic circle and stamped it on white shrink plastic. I heated it up and got this perfectly sized circle to put inside. So I colored metal trinkets with Finnabair patina pastes and addes some gorgeous rhinestones from the new Prima collection St. Tropez. I made a galactic box to go with them to store the earings in it. Hope you'll like my project. I will be happy to read your comments. :)

Today I share with you an altered lantern "A gift from Heaven" with a lovely little baby sleeping in angel wings, surrounded with little furry friends that are watching over him and a heavenly violin is playing sweet song. Made with Prima marketing "Heaven sent" collection and some Finnabair art ingredients. I made the baby and the angel wings with polymer clay.

Altered straw hat "Summer vacation" with Prima and Finnabair

Hello my dear friends. :)

I'm continuing to alter summer requisites, today I did a makeover of a summer straw hat. I colored it with three coats of heavy white gesso and one coat of a texture paste, because I had very colorful hat to alter and I wanted to cover the colors of the hat. Then I lightly colored it using Finnabair Patina pastes green and blue. And they I started creating a sea arround it and building a composition using two summer Prima editions - St. Tropez and French Riviera. I created a seaside scene. The lighthouse and the boat are made of paper. Hope you'll like it. There is also a video tutorial at the end for those of you who fancies it. :)

Heaven sent puffy cloud on altered ladle with Prima and Finnabair

I had my eyes on Prima Heaven sent collection from the first day I saw it. But sadly haven't had a chance to play with it until recently. And yesterday I created a lovely puffy little cloud on an altered soup ladle. I added a little baby on top of the cloud with lots of animal pals to keep him safe. I even created little raindrops falling down from the cloud. Hope you'll like it. I also have a video tutorial for you. Try to make one! It's really quite simple project!
