Make a dream come true

Hi dear friends :)

Today I'm here with you with another project for my belloved SCRAPINIEC chipboards. It's been such a long time since I last made one of my favourite - project that I named Fairytale chestbox. This time I made one, where I created a magical world of fairies inside. It is made to inspire, to hold to each day and try to make the best out of it - to use your wings to fly and to acomplish your dreams. I've used the newest Maja Desing paper collection Sofiero. I just love it so much! The colors are perfect.

And of course I used a bunch of amazing Scrapiniec chipboards:
- Spring Prodigy - small branches 02
- Mon Merry Cheri branches
- Lady butterfly - swing
- Lady butterfly - fly
- Use your wings
- Lavender mist - big frame 02

I was inspired by this month's Mood Board over at Maja Design blog
There is also a link to a youtube tutorial at the end of the post, so you can try to make one. :)

Hope you'll like it!
Have a great weekend and see you soon!
Hugs,
Aleksandra

Galaxy of Love

This is my second post for today. You can find my project for Wild Orchid Crafts: Gentle spring breeze here.

It's my day today again on the 7 kids challenge blog with some more Prima and Finnabair inspiration to get you bussy this weekend. :) Last Prima collections are somehow stars and galaxies and dreams and love oriented, so I've made a galactic project today. I've altered an old vinyl record and made a galaxy of love on it. Used various Prima and Finnabair mixed media goodies and gorgeous paper flowers. You can find links to the 7 kids Your Crafting Supply Store at the end of the post. I've also made a video that you can watch. You can find the link at the end of the post too.

I hope you'll like it and that it will sparkle your creativity maybe a bit. Let me know! I love to read your lovely comments and thoughts! :)

Thank you so much for stopping by and have a great day!
Hugs,
Aleksandra

Supplies are from 7 kids Your Crafting Supply Store:

Gentle spring breeze

Hello crafting friends :)

Today I have for you something a little bit different. I usually make off the page or altered projects to sparkle your creativity, but today I decided to make a set of spring tags. I love making tags full of layers and Wild Orchid crafts flowers are just perfect addition, perfect finishing touch! Tags are great when you are giving a gift to somebody and want to add something extra, but you can also use them instead of a card.  So they are really a perfect piece! I made a set of three tags, hope you'll like them. I used gorgeous Pion Design papers from two of their newest paper collections - The Songbird's Secret and Where the Roses grow.

I've used several Wild Orchid crafts flowers for my project:
Mixed color small Gardenia flowers - QVR-001
Mixed white/cream mulberry paper Lily flowers - MKX-128
Mixed earth tone mulberry paper tulip flowers - MKX-142
Mixed green tone mulberry paper tulip flowers - MKX-147
Mixed green tone mulberry paper cottage roses 25mm - QVR-049
Mulberry paper leaves

There is also a link to a youtube tutorial at the end of the post to see how you can make a tag for yourself.

Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed your visit and to see you back soon for more inspiration. I'll be back today with another lovely project and I'll be so happy to see you arround for that one too! :)

See you soon!
Hugs,
Aleksandra

Sweet macaroon memories

A while ago I have been invited to become an exclusive Prima marketing and Finnabair brand designer for 7 kids crafting supply store and challenge blog. I was thinking about my first project with the gorgeous products I love sooo much. And as soon as I saw Prima's march moodboard I knew right away I just have to join both together and create something special, something unique. Prima's march moodboard is really soft, spring themed, with shades of rose gold, blush pink, mint, light blue and gray. It features gorgeous Prima flowers, delicious Macarons and most famous macaron pastry Laduree. This is this month's Prima moodboard:

One of my first thoughts was to make something with macarons that I just adore so much! Then I got the idea to make a mini macaron albums, with only two pages and holding one picture inside. I made macarons from a cardboard, foam, some fabric and mixed media art mediums. I made three macarons, one to hold a picture of each of my little sunshines. :) I love looking at pictures, where macarons of different colors are lined-up in a gorgeous box, so I made the box also.

I've used Prima color bloom sprays and artisan powders to color my macarons and I've used Prima Rose Quartz paper collection allong with flowers from the same collection. I've also made a video that you can watch at the end of this post and you can find all the product used in the description box of the video.

I have to warn you... :D this is a picture heavy post so prepare yourselves :D Hope you'll like it. I'll be really happy to hear your thoughts and comments! They mean a world to me! <3

Visit also challenge blog: http://7kidschallengeblog.blogspot.si/ there is  lot of gorgeous inspiration to be found and a current challenge: Anything goes with gorgeous price to win.

Have a great day!
Hugs,
