"Botanical Tea" Photo Album in a Tea Bag

Hi my dear friends,

I'm here with you today to inspire you with a new Graphic 45 project. If you are at least a bit of a mixed media soul, you'll probably be able to identify yourself with me, when it comes to throwing things into the garbage. Like those gorgeous paper bags that each hold one Tea bag?Aren't they just too cute to throw them out?! Well... I thought so! So I decided to instead use them like little pockets for tags with photos. It's a lovely way to replace classic photo albums. Of course I made a gorgeous box with an altered Tea cup to go along, using Graphic 45 Kraft ATC Book Box. I decorated everything with a perfect collection for it - Botanical Tea Deluxe Collector's Edition. Hope you'll like my idea and my project!

Mixed Media Altered Iron - Old Treasures Autumn Hop

Hi my dear sweet crafty friends!

Something exciting I have for you prepared today! And now to my project. I had this gorgeous old Iron lying around. It was my grandmas. When she moved to the Elder's home in January this year, my father and I were cleaning her appartment and I took it to alter it once and give it a new life. It was one of the last things I did with my dad. He passed away soon after due to the sudden Aortic Aneurysm. Soon after him my grandma passed away too. It was a hard and devastating year! So this is a special treasure I cherish very deeply. I loved the symbolism of this "Old Treasures" Autumn Hop - giving a new life to something old, so it felt just perfect to alter it. I will be using it as a Paper Weight and it's sitting on my desk now, reminding me every day of two of my dear ones, who passed away too soon.

I hope you'll like it and it will inspire you to give a new life to some old things too.

It's quite late at night here in Slovenia, but I'm here to share with you my fresh mixed media inspiration, before I go to bed. I love to read books! But funny so, I never read any of Harry Potter adventures, although many of my friends were litterally obsessed with them! But... some time ago I first ran to the Book Cover of the Harry Potter bestseller "Cursed Child". I immediatelly fell in love with it and I wanted to do something similar on my canvas, Finally the time to make this happen came and I'm realy realy pleased with how this came out! Altered Autumn Leaf

There's a new challenge in fb group 7 kids Customers Create and the theme this time is "Leaves". I had this gorgeous shaped wooden Leaf sitting on my table for a while now and I decided to alter it and dress it into Autumn colors. I found a perfect quote to go along: "Happy Trees". It does look like trees are happy in the Autumn doesen't it? With all the gorgeous colors they dress in! I love Fall.

Altered painters palette for Lindy's gang September challenge

Today is the first day of the month and this means a new color challenge over at Lindy's gang blog. The moodboard this month is amazing and colorfull, featuring so many colors of the Fall and those colorfull puddles reminded me of painters palette, so I decided to make one to inspire you for participating in the challenge.

Tropical Travelogue "Bottle from the Sea"

Hi my dear sweet friends and Graphic 45 friends and fans

I want to share with you today another one of my inspirations for the amazing Graphic 45 with their gorgeous "Tropical Travelogue" Collector's Deluxe Edition collection that was released not long ago. I didn't have the opportunity to work with this collection yet, so I was pretty excited to be able to play with it. I decided to alter a small bottle and make a "Bottle form the Sea" out of it. I even altered a paper with a map from the same collection to make it look like it was hidden in a bottle with a map to a secret treasure, hidden on the secluded Tropical Island. 

I used several chipboards from the collection and I cut out lots of elements from the papers. I love the outcome, hope you'll like it too! :)

I can't believe Summer Holidays are almost over. Next week school is starting here in Slovenia, so this week is kind of pretty busy for me, with 3 school kids starting their new school year. I'm on Lindy's gang blog with you all today. At first I wanted to make something else for my inspiration to you, but then I remembered that summer is nearing to an end, so I decided to make one more Summer projects. I altered two bigger almost flat Seashells.

I love making such projects, they are lots of fun and not too complicated, so it's truly a pleasure and relaxation to work on them. I hope you'll like them, as I realy enjoyed making them.

"Sweet days" altered Canvas Art

I had some goooorgeous Dusty Attic chippies left and I realy wanted to play with them for a while now. I love them! I hate that they are so hard to get on my side of the world. Then again... Prima marketing products are kind of hard to get too, but things are slowly getting better, so I have some hope... ;)

I've made a lovely, soft Canvas with lots of goodies, using gorgeous Prima marketing "Love Story" collection and amazing Dusty Attic chipboards. I hope you'll like it! :)

"Once upon a Time" Mixed Media Shield

I'm on my blog with you today, sharing my fresh inspiration for AB Studio by Aga Baraniak. I was inspired by her latest paper collection "In Wodnerland" and made a Mixed Media Shield out of a Cardboard. I decorated it using two stencils ID-61 and ID-33 and of course her paper collection "In Wonderland".

For coloring I used fabulous Lindy's gang Magicals: Steel Shimmer, Midnight Rendezvous and Time Travel Teal. I also used some Prima marketing flowers and stickers from Zella Teal collection.

"Strenghten Yourself" altered frame

I'm again joining you today to share some simple inspiration, based on this month's Mixed Media Place Moodboard. I love it! Love the colors and the flowers. I decided to make an altered frame, using some chipboards and laces for the background, some Prima marketing flowers and Resin Embellishments and one of gorgeous Prima past bestsellers "Rossibelle" collection. Junk Journal for Graphic 45 with Place in Time DCE

Hello my dear sweet crafty friends and all the Graphic 45 fans! I'm so very happy to be again with you, sharing my monthly inspiration for the amazing Graphic 45 products. This month some of the Brand Ambassadors were challenged to make Junk Journal with Graphic 45 goodies and left overs. I decided to make a lovely Vintage Junk Journal with Graphic 45 ATC Book Box, some random leftover papers, few ATC policy envelopes and tags and gorgeous "Place in Time" DCE collection.

I wanted to do a small Junk Journal that wouldn't take much space and where I could have some photos and beautiful quotes collected together. ATC Book Box was a perfect fit for the size of it, so I decided to remove the inner box and dress it into beautiful natural Canvas.

I always had this perception that Junk Journal should be Vintage looking, although these are just perceptions we sometimes create in our mind. So my next adventure will surely be another Junk Journal in a different style soon, because making this one was tons of fun! You should definitely try it out if you haven't done it before! And you can also join this month's Graphic 45 challenge and maybe win an amazing prize!

It is one of my favourites so far. The colors are perfect for me and the Steampunk elements along with the flowers, butterflies and castles in the air... Just breathtaking. Altered Havana Coffee Grinder

Hello dears,

I was thinking what associates me with Havana and one of the things that popped up in my mind almost instantly was Coffee. Me... I love to drink Coffee. Please don't leave me without my cup of hot Coffee in the morning. I might not take it so well. :) So I had this old Coffee Grinder sitting on my desk for about a year now, waiting for its time to come. And I decided now was the time. I altered it with gorgeous "Havana" paper collection from Prima.

Altered Lightbulb Hot Air Balloon

Hello my dear blogoland friends :)

It's my second time today here with you and I'd like ti share with you another one of my latest creations. I've made a Hot Air Balloon out of a Lightbulb before but wanted to do it once again so many times. So today I stepped in those shoes and finally finished it.

I've used some lovely quotes from Prima marketing "Love Story" collection. "Dream Big"... Such a strong quote! You always have to dream big and encourage others to do the exact same thing! If you dare to dream big, you'll fly on the wings and the only limit is the sky above you! So Dream Big my friends!

Altered Love Cabin in the Woods

I have one more project to share with you today to maybe inspire you. I made a little Love Cabin in the Woods, dressed in gorgeous colorful Autumn colors. Can you imagine snuggling up by the fire inside this cabin when nights are allready getting chilly and enjoying time with your loved ones? Such moments bring the best memories to cherish always. So be sure to make time in your life for the people you love! It is the only thing that truly matters.

I used the amazing Prima marketing Amber Moon paper collection. I realy realy love this collection for its warm colors and gorgeous little images that are just calling to create a little paper story with them. I altered beautiful Scrapiniec Royal Hut house.
